Beijing’s autumn programme is offering visitors a choice of large flower displays, park walks and seasonal wetland experiences.

At Beijing International Flower Port, a chrysanthemum festival running through October 18 covers more than 30,000 square metres, combining flower fields with smaller landscaped displays. Taoranting Park is also hosting a chrysanthemum event with more than 200,000 autumn flowers.

Beijing Yeyahu National Wetland Park’s reed season continues through November 30, with viewing areas and activities inspired by the wetland landscape. The city’s tourism guide brings these outdoor events together as ways to explore autumn colours during and beyond the National Day holiday.
